Warranty Period GQ 

The warranty for all Aiper Power stations and for Aiper solar panels is 1 year and a half.
Warranty exception on all Open Box product. Open Box product warranty is 12 months.

Limited Warranty

These Aiper After-Sales Policies only apply to products you purchased from Aiper authorized online retailers for your own use and not for resale. 

Under this Limited Warranty, Aiper warrants that each Aiper product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with Aiper's published product materials during the warranty period. Aiper’s published product materials include, but not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, and service communications.

The warranty period for different products and parts vary, please check the manual to verify the duration of the warranty for your particular product or parts. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, If you cannot provide invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 90 days after the production date that shows on the product, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Aiper.

Return or Replacement

Aiper offers a 30-day return policy for goods purchased directly from Aiper online store. We are confident that you will love your new Aiper product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price. To return an item, please contact us via phone or email during our normal business hours. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:
1)You have purchased the product directly from Aiper via Aiper online store
2)You contact Aiper and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date
3)The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Repaire Service

You will be required to fill out a repair form, which should be sent to us along with the to-be-repaired unit.
After we receive the form and the unit we will either repaire and send it back to you or replace an Open box procut which is same modle as yours.

Retail Partner Purchases

Every Aiper product bought from Aiper online store or a 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information.
